Different buildings. Individual requirements.

Metered supply, operating pressure and the way a property is used determine what needs assessing. Multi-unit residential properties follow the commercial route.

The technology

A small change near the meter.

WaterGater is installed on the property’s water line, close to the meter. Its approach uses compression to reduce the volume of air entrained in the supply.
The manufacturer’s intended result is a lower recorded volume, without asking occupants to change their routines. The opportunity depends on the conditions at your property.

Practical answers

Know what you’re getting.

From pressure to installation, the details matter. Here’s where we start.

What about water pressure?

We measure operating pressure and consider the building’s demand before specifying calibration. If the system needs separate pressure regulation or other work, we’ll discuss it before you purchase.

Who handles installation?

Your proposal will identify the plumbing work required. Calibration is included with the unit; installation is a separate scope and cost to confirm before proceeding.

What does the warranty cover?

The manufacturer provides a 10-year product replacement warranty. Installation and removal costs are excluded.
